Your partnership with us supports senior pastors in some of the hardest and least resourced parts of the country. Every town, small and big, outback, coast or bush, needs the gospel. Together we can see healthy, evangelistic and multiplying churches across Australia so more people can come to know Jesus.

The regional church pastors that have participated in our two-year Leadership Development Program provide solid testament to the program and have seen their churches grow and new people give their life to Jesus. The question is how to get more regional pastors to participate given the cost and the fact many of these regional churches are struggling financially.

Next year there are seven regional pastors that have asked for financial help. Any amount is helpful for lovingly and generously supporting these churches.

We are seeking to raise $100,000 to help subsidise 20 regional church pastors to participate in the Reach Australia Leadership Development Program by 2030. Throughout that program they receive training to give them the convictions and tools to help them be theologically driven, evangelistically urgent, spiritually vibrant, and practically skilled church leaders.
