Your partnership with us supports senior pastors in some of the hardest and least resourced parts of the country. Every town, small and big, outback, coast or bush, needs the gospel. Together we can see healthy, evangelistic and multiplying churches across Australia so more people can come to know Jesus.
The regional church pastors that have participated in our two-year Leadership Development Program provide solid testament to the program and have seen their churches grow and new people give their life to Jesus. The question is how to get more regional pastors to participate given the cost and the fact many of these regional churches are struggling financially.
Next year there are seven regional pastors that have asked for financial help. Any amount is helpful for lovingly and generously supporting these churches.
We are seeking to raise $100,000 to help subsidise 20 regional church pastors to participate in the Reach Australia Leadership Development Program by 2030. Throughout that program they receive training to give them the convictions and tools to help them be theologically driven, evangelistically urgent, spiritually vibrant, and practically skilled church leaders.
Your generosity helps to support these pastors through their training and coaching. We’re so thankful to God for the faithful and generous partners, like you, who share with us to see regional churches healthy, evangelistic and multiplying around Australia.

- $60 helps to support regional pastor’s wives so they can be refreshed and trained to engage more deeply in the ministries God has given them.Â
- $120 provides a church with personalised data-led recommendations for how they can better love their church and reach their community for Christ.
- $500Â covers a regional pastor for a month of coaching, training and support so they can lead their church to be healthier, more evangelistic and multiplying.
- $750Â helps to cover a regional pastor going away for a time of intense training, prayer and reflection so that they can be refreshed and practically skilled to better lead their church.
- $5,500 covers a year of a regional senior minister in the Leadership Development Program where he will receive coaching, training, and support across the network to be equipped with faithful and practical skills to better lead his church.
