We’ve done some Q&As with women in church leadership roles across Australia. It’s been hugely encouraging to hear about how God has been at work in their lives, convicting them of the gospel, and how God has been at work in their churches across the country. Be praying that an increasing number of women will be having significant impact in church teams across the country.
Reach Australia is dedicated to promoting healthy leadership as the foundation of growing healthy, evangelistic, and multiplying churches throughout Australia. Through its focus on developing and equipping senior pastors, the network has achieved significant impact over the last decade by supporting leaders to start new churches, and more recently revitalising existing churches.
In 2023 Reach Australia we’ve expanded our scope to include building healthy teams. By promoting healthy leadership teams, we aim to foster confident and collaborative teams of men and women serving Christ together, and increasing the number of women serving in Christian leadership roles.
