the goal is to serve other networks and individuals around the country we really want to help and equip young men to step up and win people for Jesus that's our way young men young couples to be able to go out and plant new churches we also want to serve existing networks we don't want to replace anyone but to see if we can serve existing denominations independent churches by being a focal point for church planting now aim is to help with assessment we've got a very good assessment tool x-29 of generously

[1:05]
giving us their their assessment tool we've kind of Australian eyes that the assessment process with experienced ministry people doing the interviews can greatly reduce the collateral damage in terms of people who aren't gifted who aren't wired up trying to do this so assessment training will be talking with Bible colleges in fact we're already talking to Bible colleges about the right kind of training for church planters will run clean service training days will will also get the guys

together the genever planters together at different times to kind of just refreshed revitalized one another so assessment training and then also we want to help with placing now that we're going to tell anyone where they have to go but we'll provide information about different opportunities so you know in a particular state there might be money and places to go and and so on and then there's other people wanting jobs we can just provide the information and put that together and then for support each

[2:06]
Geneva planter will receive a coach an Australian coach there's a little bit further along the line than they are will aim at getting all the player together once a year or more often to kind of you know refresh revive one another what's your hope for Australia our hope is that we will see hundreds and hundreds of new missional churches planted and see a generation of evangelists go out and do this we'd like to see existing churches refreshed and revitalized and new churches set up it
