Scott Sanders speaks to Philip Percival on his experience and advice establishing music ministries in church plants.

Philip worked with both country and urban church plants in Australia after graduating from Moore Theological College. He is now the director of music at St. Ebbes Church, Oxford, where he is also involved in the planting of a new congregation.

The advice he has to offer Australian church planters is both insightful and intensely practical, including answering key questions like the best musical arrangements for groups of 30-50 and appropriate song rotations for people from a non-singing background.
