In Community: Helping People Move From Gatherings to Participating in Life of Church

In Community – helping people move from gatherings to all of life: We don’t want just Sunday Christians. If our church gatherings are to be an overflow of our people’s private life of prayer, praise and thanksgiving, what are we doing at our gatherings that might prevent this? And if our gatherings are to be an overflow of our people’s new reality as a Christian in relationship with other Christians, what can we do during the week to promote this?

Mandy Curley

Mandy holds a B.Div and MA (Theology) from Moore Theological College. A former tax lawyer for the ATO, she now delights in serving God’s people and reminding them that Jesus came to save the tax collectors too. She has worked in a number of churches in the Sydney Diocese after graduating from MTC in 2006, and has been on the staff team at Christ Church Gladesville since January 2019. A good day off involves coffee, a beach, good friends for dinner (make sure it’s GF and vego) and tackling a 2000 piece puzzle.
