I think one of the things you need to do ministry is be really honest and real about the ministry that you're running and run I guess a gospel shake turn over that ministry and there are a number of questions that you can ask that are not conclusive but but I guess our diagnostic question is that that kind of litmus tests as to whether or not mission is on the agenda in your context

the first one is just having a look at your budget how much money is allocated towards mission writing mission events and all those sorts of things the second question I think is is how how how do you start have the allocated staff or or perhaps if you're only err you know just just one person in a ministry team how much of your week is set aside for mission related activities and that's

really important I think I think as a church initially we were somewhat ad-hoc about the way we went about mission and so mission kind of got squeezed into our weeks if we could possibly fit it in now that we do a slightly different model of Church and purpose staffing we've got a number of people whose full-time role it is now to focus on championing mission across our common across our combinations

and that's really helpful question to ask whether you're a small team or even a big team another question you can ask is is simply our people becoming Christians and actually sitting down and working through your role of a list of people in your congregation your ministry whatever it might be and and ask him which one of which ones of these people have become Christians in the last six months last

year and the last two years and also asking Carol how of those people become Christians now because it may be that you run events that are avenged listed but you're not actually seeing any gospel fruit from them and so at that point you might need to reevaluate and meat might need to kill those structures if those are not things that are actually causing people to connect with Jesus and come into relationship with him perhaps in some other heaven and you

need to focus on that and keep prioritizing taoism as as an avenue for angels emergent
