last time we talked about what you would do during assessment but there's a whole process afterwards that I think you could really make use of every time you're assessed there's there's always a female in the room now that person could be a really good person for for one of them for a wife to contact later and ask more questions because often as you walk out of the room more thoughts come to you yeah more questions come to you about what they've seen about they've
[0:40]
observed about the answers that came out but also more questions now that you've got about the whole church planting scene because you'll you'll have more things now that you're thinking about so that person could be really good to contact and you know even ask to be a bit of a mentor for you if you like to as someone you could contact on a frequent basis you don't always click with a person in the room so if that's the case what you could do is ask that person if they could find a coach for you because they contact me and I'd be
[1:11]
able to put you in charge of the coach and the same thing you can use them like a mentor to help you through that post assessment process to just keep working through is this what we want to be doing is this what I feel I could do I've got questions what would you say yes oh really use the assessment after the whole assessment as well yeah we often talk about coaching for ministers yeah but it's a team effort yeah and you think coaching for women is just as important yeah definitely
[1:41]
you've you've got questions there's a person that you can talk through and help you work through some good answers to that you'll have areas and skills that you want to improve in that's a person who can help you work through how you're going to do that you'll have all sorts of just I guess experiences going on that's a good person to be bouncing off so I think a coach can really strengthen you as you go through that journey with your husband be quite a
[2:13]
helpful addition now you're in charge of action yes you just what's up energy please yeah I do make effort to try and find connections between a coach and the person who's wanting a coach either because they previously know each other and have a good relationship or there are some similarities in their situations that that mean it could be quite helpful doesn't always work out that I'm really
[2:44]
happy to just throw it up and try again because sometimes it does take a while to find the right person but I think it matters so I'm I'm pretty keen that we do match people up well yeah okay
