The Reach Australia network is growing. Our vision is to see thousands of healthy, evangelistic, multiplying churches across Australia. We want to continue to stir up and equip church leaders and their teams through our events; support church planters to launch new churches; help senior leadership teams to grow their churches through our church health consultations; and strengthen established church leaders through the Reach Australia Development Program.
In our next phase of growth, this new role as Personal Assistant to the Reach Australia Executive Director will be an integral member of a growing executive team. Aside from managing a busy calendar and ensuring the agendas and minutes of Board and team meetings, the role is the key interface internally with the Reach Australia Team and externally with its major partners and church leaders. It will also be important that you have a measure of numeracy for the creation of reports and reconciliation of miscellaneous expenses.
Reach Australia aims to be agile, fast paced and flexible in adapting to the prevailing climate of change, increasing our capacity and capabilities to assist more churches in their endeavours for effective ministry.
We envisage you are experienced in a similar role and confident in the smart use of technology including a database. You have discretion and warmth and as an active Christian, you, like we, long to see God’s church and his people thrive. Ideally your experience has included a small-medium Not-For-Profit organisation.
