Leadership Pipeline Cohorts

Free online sessions over two years for collaborative problem-solving.

Building the Church Through Building Leaders

Join a cohort of church leaders committed to developing leaders, establishing healthy teams, and seeing gospel workers raised up across our country.

This program is for men and women who have completed the Leadership Development Program or Team Development Program.

Participants attend 3-4 online cohort sessions per year, providing a regular opportunity to ask questions and overcome blockages in a collaborative environment.

Build Stronger Leaders Together

Most church leaders feel the tension between what needs to be done and what’s realistically achievable. The answer isn’t to juggle more or stretch the day beyond 24 hours — it’s to raise up more leaders.

Investing in leadership development is more crucial than ever. Join a community of church leaders committed to praying, growing, and building healthy teams together.

Take the next step

To enquire about joining a Leadership Pipeline cohort for 2025 and 2026, email [email protected].

Got questions?

After everyone joins the Zoom meeting, short introductions will be made.

Each church will then have five to ten minutes to share about their context, highlight any insights from the pre-work, or ask leadership development questions.

This leads into a collaborative discussion where challenges are explored, encouragement is shared, and resources are suggested.

Each session is two hours long.

No, not necessarily. To allow for flexibility and ensure you can attend three sessions throughout the year, there’s no requirement to join the same churches each time. However, if you find it especially helpful to hear from a specific person, you’re welcome to reach out and synchronise your future cohort bookings with them.

Of course! A leadership pipeline depends on multiplying leaders at all levels. We encourage you to bring someone working alongside you in this space—the cohort could help them take key steps in leadership development.

When submitting your interest, simply include their email so we can send both of you the Calendly booking details. For the best online experience, we recommend each person joins the Zoom call individually rather than screen sharing.

When pre-work is required, it will typically be a short 15-minute survey, prompting you to reflect on what you're already considering—such as opportunities, challenges, or plans for your ministry teams.

If you need to cancel a cohort you've already booked, simply scroll to the bottom of your original Calendly confirmation email and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule."

If you can't attend one of the three sessions over the year, we'd still love for you to join any cohorts you can - something is better than nothing!

Awesome! Submit your interest by emailing [email protected].

You'll receive details on upcoming cohorts and how to book. Sessions run in term groupings, with roughly three months between each.

To get the most out of the program, we recommend attending three sessions per year. All 2025 dates are available, so why not book all three at once?

Once booked, Calendly will send a confirmation email and calendar invite containing the Zoom link you'll need to join.
