Planting & Leadership Incubators

Churches across Australia are smaller and older. We’re shutting the doors of more churches than we’re opening. We’ve got to do more to see healthy, evangelistic, multiplying churches across our nation.
We desperately need Bible college students to step up to plant churches and be in senior leadership.
It can be easy amidst the busyness of Bible college and ministry to forget why you first gave your life to full-time gospel ministry. As a network, we’ve seen the power of walking alongside others who are leading to learn, encourage and spur one another on.
The Planting and Leadership Incubators piloted in Sydney in 2022 with 5 groups, led by a church planter, of college and post-college students. They gathered 4 times a year to discuss leadership, direction, challenges and how they keep remembering and moving towards those things they’ve given their lives to.
In 2023, we’re growing Incubators across the country. If you’re currently studying at bible college, or you’re post-college and an assistant in a church, these groups are for you.
You’ll connect 4 times a year with 4-5 others who are walking the same path, attend a retreat for 3-days to reflect on life and ministry with all others from your city, as well as connecting with people from all the other incubators across the country at the Reach Australia National Conference in May.

At the Reach Australia national conference in May 2023, there will be a time for all cohorts from across the country to connect with each other and key church leaders.
4 times a year you’ll meet with 4-5 others in a similar stage to you led by a church planter. You’ll discuss an aspect of ministry, share what’s going on for you and pray for each other.
A 3 day retreat with everyone in cohorts across your city. Reflect, encourage and cast a vision for what’s next.
