Session #1: Biblical Convictions and Integration Pathways
What are we trying to achieve in our churches? Big crowds or Biblical communities? Do you have any structures in place to help you achieve your vision for your people? 
 
In Session #1, we will explore the 'why' behind what our churches are trying to accomplish and spend time helping you assess your church in its current season and context. We'll want to hear your personal church-assessment so we can help you understand: who your key people are, how they can be utilised for the growth of God's kingdom, what structures you have, what structures you need, and so much more! In Session #1, our goal is to help you start to see where you can you get the most 'bang for buck' with the limited time resources of your church context. 
 
 
Session #2: Desmontrating Hospitality and Understanding Your Guests
What do people think when they visit your church? Warm and welcoming? Cold and exclusive? What's bringing people to your church in the first place and how are they going to make up their mind about whether or not they want to stick around?
 
In Session #2, we will think about small and large ways that our churches can do a better job of demonstrating hospitality. Here is where things will get really practical as we'll assess what your church is doing (and not doing). In Session #2 we will begin to come up with strategies and next steps for you to apply in your specific church context. We'll also think about what actually brings people through your doors and how you can best greet them when they arrive. 
 
 
Session #3: Membership Courses and the Continued Journey
Do your people know what it means to be a member of your church? Do they understand the expectations of being connected with a biblical community? Is there a journey you'd like to take them on as you seek to see them grow more into the image and likeness of Christ? 
 
In Session #3, we will explore the ins and outs of membership courses and discuss the best options for your church in its relevant context. We will also focus on the reality that membership is just the beginning of a church-goers journey and assist you in strategising as you consider what their best next step might be as you and your leadership team pursue Jesus' call to make and mature disciples.
