We all want Australia to know Jesus. When a senior pastor is struggling or unsure of the next steps for their church, it can have deep and detrimental effects.

There is far greater risk of burnout and church members are more likely to fall through the cracks.

But when you have a healthy senior pastor who is humbly and confidently leading his church, under God we see churches thrive.

We help senior ministers through a two year Leadership Development Program.

The aim is to see the churches they lead thrive by focusing on the senior minister.

We want them to have the convictions and tools to see them become theologically driven, evangelistically urgent, spiritually vibrant, and practically skilled church leaders.
