Join us to explore with the Reach Australia network the key foundations on which to build a growing ministry at your church. How can we make our churches both missionally effective and strong in discipleship simultaneously? Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included. This conference will be followed by the Reach Australia National Conference on Tuesday (17) through to Thursday (19).
In Stream 1, we’ll be looking at the theological principles that are foundational to a team pastoring & a growth oriented church. We will look at issues around Gospel passion, mission heat, leadership roles & responsibilities, being outcome focused + specialisation in church life.
In Stream 2, we’ll consider the foundational management and practical expression that flows from the principles in Stream 1. We’ll cover what it looks like to achieve clarity right across the church ecosystem by learning about what it takes to bring about effective and lasting change; accurately analysing what the current state-of-play is as well as how to run effective teams.
In Stream 3, we’ll build upon the learnings and work you have done in Stream 1 and 2. We’ll help you think about what organisational obstacles exist in your church and how to start addressing them together. We’ll do this by understanding the importance of healthy staff teams & effective team meetings; getting clarity on vision and some time to brainstorm together how to make a difference for the kingdom.
